Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead Agile transformations across the organization, applying advanced knowledge to guide software teams through the process.
- Conduct regular assessments and retrospectives to help teams continuously improve and thrive.
- Organize and facilitate essential Agile ceremonies, such as backlog management, stand-ups, retrospectives, demos, and reviews.
- Measure and analyze team productivity, optimizing workflows to boost overall performance and efficiency.
- Advocate for Agile best practices, empowering teams to perform at their best and deliver high-quality results.
- Coach individuals and teams on collaborative, customer-focused approaches, fostering a culture of transparency and adaptability.
- Lead Scrum-of-Scrums ceremonies and manage release trains across multiple Agile teams.
- Build consensus and collaboration, supporting the organization in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies.
- Work closely with product managers and team leads to shape and execute the company's strategic vision.
- Champion a customer-centric, cross-functional Agile culture across teams and stakeholders.

**Key Skills & Experience:**

- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with large-scale Agile frameworks such as Spotify, SAFe, or Disciplined Agile Delivery.
- Comfortable working across different Software Development Life Cycles (Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile).
- Skilled in facilitating productive meetings, whether in-person or remote.
- A natural servant leader, able to guide teams and individuals through influence.
- Experience in the Fintech industry is a plus.
