Canada Dry, a member of the Honickman Companies, is a leading beverage distributor. Founded in 1970, we service the Maryland and Virginia area, providing brands such as Sunkist, A&W, 7UP, Snapple, Sparkling Ice, Essentia and Rock Creek.

We are seeking a Class A, CDL Driver for our Salisbury, MD facility. Our delivery partners are responsible for transporting and delivering products to stores and supermarkets on your assigned route in a safe and efficient manner. Additional responsibilities include:

• Obtain routing information, stops and customer billing daily.
• Organize route.
• Transport products to the customers and unload product from truck.
• Merchandise product where required.
• Collect money from billing if required.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:

• 6 months commercial truck driving experience, including standard transmission (if applicable).
• Must maintain a valid Class A. As verified by a current MVR/driver abstract, must meet all qualifications as defined under DOT Regulation 49 CFR 383.51.
• Must be knowledge of FMCSA regulations.
• Must meet Company Driver MVR Qualification Standards.
• Must be experienced with working with a Pallet Jack, Store Dolly and Store Jacks.
• Related training or certification.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Office equipment including, but not limited to, computer, hand-held, phone, fax machine, copier and calculator.

*We offer a competitive daily rate of $159.82 with opportunity for overtime and holiday premium pay. Excellent benefits including medical, dental and vision. Eligibility in benefit plans begin the first of the month after 90 days of employment. Five (5) days of sick leave; one (1) week of vacation which increases based on years of service; seven (7) Company Paid Holidays (pro-rated based on hire date) and a 401K Plan with employer match.
