Salary Range: $125,000 to $150,000

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Data Analyst position at Cupertino Electric is vital in converting complex business and technical data into actionable insights. These insights are essential for enhancing operational efficiency and informing strategic decision-making. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and business understanding to provide advanced analytics and reporting across our integrated technology stack.

Knowledge: Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Some barriers to entry exist at this level (e.g., dept/peer review).
Job Complexity: Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
Supervision: Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
Licensure/Certifications: None required.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting . Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale databases . Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query . Experience with cloud-based data platforms, preferably Databricks . Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, ACC).
