100% Remote candidate can be based out any time zone
Entry level position supporting an Enterprise Sales Account team



Requirements:
Microsoft office. Ideal candidate will have 12 years experience in a similar role.
Good organizational skills
Good time management
Ability to prioritize tasks



Daily Tasks
Daily review of Coupa for active and new POs POs would need to be routed to correct individual(s) for proper contract/service bookings
Manage ECS Teams Work Order sales requests
o Send to GOC opportunity requests under sales persons name adding ECS sales team as team members
o Link opportunity to Parent opportunity for uplifts / change in SOW
o Continuous follow up to sale person to ensure creation of quote in a timely manner
Maintaining Amazon Share Drive
o Keeping track of All active contracts (most current pricing cost breakdown SOW)
o Keeping track of all deducts and capturing this information in Share Drive but making sure that they are tracked to add to following year if applicable
o Keeping track of all non contractual service requests throughout the year and ensuring that they are properly tracked and added to recuring services for either that contractual year or the next contractual year
30% of Amazon work is done by Subcontractors
o How to track who we are using and where is there a way to analyze data for volume discounts from the subs
o Supplying data points for Sales and Management to work with Operations to increase inbranch capabilities
o Changes with Subcontractors per branch
Monthly report on cost savings to report back to Amazon by Sales
o Example: monitoring SOW reductions
