Join The Seattle Real Estate Team as a Listing Agent and play a pivotal role in one of Washington's most dynamic real estate markets. Based in Kirkland, our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and expert guidance to our clients. In this position, you will shine in areas such as property marketing, client engagement, and negotiation. Your duties will involve working closely with sellers to list and market their properties, ensuring a seamless and successful transaction process. Responsibilities

  • Complete PLACE Agent Launch program
  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems weekly
  • Host two open houses each month
  • Turn prospecting and leads into appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice and team activities
  • Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
  • Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties
  • Showcase knowledge in pricing, staging, and listing services
  • Negotiate offers for sellers
  • Record activities and client interactions in PLACE Technology
