MarTech Associate
Flexible (Preference for New York, Los Angeles available) - Hybrid
$40-43/hr
We are seeking a MarTech Associate to join our streaming client's team, supporting various channels and platforms. This is a dynamic role within their Marketing Technology department, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of new technology partnerships & enhancements.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with MarTech team leads on project priorities & reporting
· Manage contract reviews & approvals for new platforms, features, & renewals
· Create and maintain tracking for legal, privacy, cyber, security, data governance, & product intake approvals across all verticals
· Support project management for Change Delivery
· Support bi-weekly sprint processes & tracking maintenance
· Collaborate with team members on training initiatives and knowledge sharing for tools and platforms to support self-service onboarding
Requirements:
· Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies supporting cross-functional workstreams, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems
· Experience developing & tracking project milestones
· Familiarity with technology cyber & security standards & best practices
· Exposure to US data privacy regulations (eg CPPA & VPPA) a plus
· Exposure to Agile and/or paralegal workflows a plus
· Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and remote colleagues
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Previous internship experience or recent graduate with relevant coursework in marketing technology, web development, or related fields preferred
