Key Responsibilities

1. Product Vision and Strategy:

   • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives.
   • Translate high-level business needs into a detailed product roadmap.

2. Backlog Management:

   • Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog to ensure clarity and focus for the development team.
   • Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications to guide development efforts.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

   • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring the product meets user and business needs.
   • Act as the primary liaison between the business and the development team.

4. Sprint Planning and Delivery:

   • Lead sprint planning sessions to align the team on priorities and deliverables.
   • Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.

5. Customer Focus:

   • Conduct user research, collect feedback, and analyze data to understand customer needs and pain points.
   • Advocate for the end-user and ensure the product delivers value and an excellent user experience.

6. Performance Monitoring:

   • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
   • Continuously analyze the market and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

7. Agile Leadership:

   • Support the Agile process and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
   • Ensure transparency and alignment between all stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

1. Experience:

   • years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in Agile development.
   • Proven track record of delivering successful products or features.

2. Technical Skills:

   • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
   • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar product management platforms.
   • Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies (preferred).

3. Soft Skills:

   • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
   • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
   • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.

4. Education:

   • Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
   • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification (preferred).
