Residential Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead .

This pivotal role delivers exceptional landscape maintenance service, characterized by high-end “White Glove” standards. In this position, you will oversee meticulous landscaping tasks including cleanups, mowing, mulching, pruning, trimming, edging, and planting bed maintenance. 

As the crew lead, you will operate a variety of equipment. You will guide a crew of 2-4 employees and help ensure every job is performed with the utmost care and professionalism while maintaining a safe working environment.

REPORTS TO: Estate Landscape Care Field Operations Manager

We ask that you have these qualifications:

• High energy and self-motivation with a persistent focus on delivering "white glove" service
• A proactive, solution-driven attitude that embodies the essence of luxury service excellence
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end landscape maintenance
• U.S. work authorization; security clearance may be required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driving record; ability to obtain a DOT medical card
• Proficient in operating a range of lawn equipment with finesse
• Capacity to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Extensive knowledge of diverse landscaping applications with an emphasis on luxury environments
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills essential for high-end service
• Bilingual skills are advantageous
• Professional appearance with a commitment to punctuality and reliability
• Ability to have regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions, reflecting the nature of high-end residential care
• Ability to withstand moderate noise levels during work activities

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work :

• Seasonal full-time position with varying hours from Monday through Saturday, with mandatory overtime as needed
• Commitment to seasonal snow operations is required to ensure comprehensive service
