Compensation:
$100,000 - $140,000 yearly, depending on experience, plus bonuses
Responsibilities:
Review and revise various legal documents related to Probate Law, including Accounting Petitions, Petitions for Instructions, and Conservatorship Petitions.
Oversee Trust Administrations, Probate cases, and Conservatorship cases throughout their entirety.
Address Probate Notes and Tentative Rulings by providing necessary Supplements.
Collaborate closely with senior team members to ensure smooth case progression.
Delegate tasks to paralegals, legal assistants, and law clerks, supervising their work effectively.
Conduct initial consultations and meetings with clients to understand their needs.
Maintain strong client relationships through timely and clear communication.
Advocate for clients during hearings to ensure their voices are heard.
Work with the billing department to create and send invoices.
Qualifications:
A minimum of four (4) years of experience in Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, Trust Administration, Conservatorships, or Probate.
Must be licensed to practice law in California.
Ability to handle legal matters and client relationships independently following an orientation and supervision period.
Commitment to providing excellent service and achieving positive outcomes for clients.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, timekeeping, and case management software, with strong overall computer skills.
Demonstrated emotional intelligence and empathy toward clients and their families.
Ability to work effectively in an office environment, as this position is not remote.
