We are seeking a Product Stream Manager (PSM) in our DTX Factory located at our Dallas, Texas facility to support the Advanced RF and Eclipse RF product areas. This position is an exciting, dynamic, and fast paced role to lead and achieve operational excellence through production execution activities within a team-based manufacturing environment. Responsible for meeting customer commitments through meeting safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance targets.

The PSM leads Dallas Operations on the Eclipse RF Program IPT and on Advanced RF programs. The PSM supports Product Area leadership in planning for and maintaining appropriate staffing levels and capital investments to meet utilization targets, factory capacity requirements, and to achieve business objectives. The PSM implements process improvements, supports in optimizing factory processes and procedures, and supports continuous improvements to improve product flow, reduce defects and improve cycle time. The PSM maintains an effective and efficient matrixed organization while effectively communicating responsibilities and objectives to team members and adheres to the highest standards of legal, ethical, and business conduct in relationships with fellow employees, the Company, suppliers, customers, and the public.

Additional Roles and Responsibilities:

The Product Stream Manager (PSM) will report to the single Operations Lead of the Advanced RF and Eclipse RF Product Areas. The PSM will also work closely with the AC&S Product Line Operations Director, DTX Factory Operations Leadership, and the Program Engineering teams supporting the Product Areas. In this role you will:
  • Support the DTX Factory with critical tasks, objectives, and outputs for all matters related to the Advanced RF and Eclipse RF products.
  • Be responsible for the manufacturing and testing of highly complex RF and Signal Processing hardware assemblies and final product.
  • Support program execution and support non-recurring engineering program phases, including driving early involvement in development and transition to production programs of the various Operations functions. Champion cross functional collaboration in critical transition to production efforts from development to full rate production of new products.
  • Help eliminate and/or escalate any roadblocks from the factory, so that the factory has what they need to execute their daily activities. Day to day activities may include, but are not limited to, attending multiple daily meetings (Tier 1, Tier 2, and 3 specifically), supporting monthly CABs and CARBs, and driving Continuous Improvement efforts.
  • Establish an effective communications framework throughout the team and address manufacturing and test issues, supplier quality issues, and program engineering concerns as necessary. Support the establishment, maintenance, and communication of factory performance metrics for Eclipse RF and Advanced RF products.
  • Lead Dallas Operations in the development of Eclipse RF commercial pricing and Advanced RF proposals to achieve new business capture objectives.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
  • Business and financial acumen, with proven ability to manage
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in developing and supporting Continuous Improvement activities
  • Able to perform/understand capacity analysis and constraints to the factory flow
  • Able to present to all levels, from senior company leadership to the critical touch personnel on the factory floor
  • Takes initiative to drive team success requiring minimal oversight

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $115100 - $195700

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
