The Economics Department at Barnard College seeks a part-time instructor to teach Behavioral Economics during the spring 2025 semester.Job Description:
The instructor will teach the assumption of rationality in microeconomic theory and presents evidence (primarily from experimental psychology and economics) of how judgement and decision-making systematically deviate from what rationality predicts.
Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:
PhD in Economics is required.
Course pay rate: $12,500
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training.
